A kamayan is a communal-style Filipino feast, composed of colorful arrays of food that are usually served on banana leaves and eaten without utensils. Thank you @o___g___r @universolfoods @rise.radio.nyc for this beautiful gathering and opening this healthy option of plant based Filipino food to our inner city in Bushwick. Thank you @graceyoself and @djgetlive for holding the space sonically throughout the event. From a very intentional sound bath to a legendary DJ set. This is how we heal. Yoga & Tea Recap : Our purpose for the Yoga & Tea Gathering is to allow our community to connect with us and each other through the medium of stillness and the healing power of Tea. The event started with a short and intimate greeting by Joy & Don , which allowed the participants to settle in as they immerse themselves into an evening of physical , mental ,emotional & spiritual purification. Bodai Village Vegetarian Restaurant

In honor of today’s Chinese New Year we have restocked our Rice Bag T-shirt for the last time.  We were delighted to create some visuals at Bodai Village, a Buddhist Chinese Vegetarian restaurant, which helped the collective transition to a plant diet. The restaurant is located in our hometown of Queens, NY,  the most diverse place on Planet Earth per square mile.  Here we have learned respect and reverence of all cultures, as the One Human Family. Our prosperity will be challenged in the year of the Tiger. The shadow work may seem overwhelming, so we must have unwavering focus in our creative processes to strengthen our wealth & fortunes this year. The Dance of Bliss

The Dance of Bliss symbolizes the cosmic cycles of creation and destruction, as well as the daily rhythm of birth and death.  Inspired by Ram Dass “ Richard Alpert” and his Guru Neem Karoli Baba.
